Further Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also included in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend labelling different areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
